1. Long walk to MoA with Ernest and Tim at 6 AM. Immoral vs. Amoral Tim, Zombie Tim vs. chaotic neutral me (flight) and neutral good Carlo (kills Tim). Some revelations about Ernest’s Singapore trip. The necessity of god/God/the universe, gratefulness, mistaken deity identities.
2. Waking up Carlo and the hunt for chicken for the adobo. Last minute laurel. Harried lunch chef me. Salty spicy adobo, okay potatoes (I forgot the butter). Carlo accidentally ignored at the gate.
3. Timesink conversations with Carlo, Tim, and Ernest. Community. On the prowl for food in Makati. Persia Grill, finally. Reese’s Peanut Butter… ice cream! Gurren Lagan — which was surprisingly delightful.
